Development - actually building the site; typically this involves:

• HTML - the backbone of the worldwide web. Typically we use XHTML that's compatible with XML
• Database/Content Management Development - all large sites are built on a database - we use a wide range of technologies; off the shelf and bespoke
• XML - a language that encourages interaction between sites and processes; or
• Flash - a superb animation language
• eCommerce - enabling customers to buy online

Testing - this is critical; we always test your site across different browsers (e.g. AOL, Netscape, Explorer, etc), platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux) and for robustness and reliability.
