The first thing to say is that You Tube is great fun. Take five minutes to look around and you'll see what we mean. It's also an incredible good social networking and business tool. Create your own YouTube Channel - and your subscribers will be instantly updated as you offer videos online. This is what we've done for NHS Plus:
