eMail Surveys

- Invitation - an invitation with company branding goes out with a request to complete the quick questionairre - ideally along with an incentive.
- Personal follow up - anyone who didn't reply to the first eMail will be sent a follow up to remind them to have their say.
- Survey completion - the survey itself is highly sophisticated with a vast array of possible question types and question routes.
- Survey feedback - you as the company sending the survey then logs in online to see detailed feedback from the survey. If you'd like more detail you can download the results for further analysis.
