Elegant Resorts – email marketing

The Brief
Elegant Resorts run a regular personalised email marketing programme via realityhouse. The aim is to build customer relationships by providing relevant updates and information.
The Project
We started by training the elegant resorts in-house designers on the best ways to create HTML emails. We then supported the designers and provided full coding for all of the emails. All emails sent are fully tracked so that Elegant Resorts can see who received their email, who opened them and who clicked through to the holidays on their website.
The Result
The company sends 190,000+ emails annually – every one tracked and where appropriate followed up.
