The Mailbox website and digital marketing

The Brief
The Mailbox is a very upmarket venue in Birmingham with Harvey Nichols, the BBC and Malmaison Hotel all located there. The challenge was to produce a website that reflected the high profile brands but also positioned the Mailbox as a brand in its own right.
The Project
The image-driven website is highly flexible and fully content managed using the RealityHouse CMS – so that offers and events can be updated instantly. An eMail Marketing programme is then used to promote the site and the results tracked in detail.
The Result
The launch of the website pushed the Mailbox brand to the next stage. And the results of the initial eMail marketing campaigns show a strong response to the new website.
